Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the MangaPeak VIP auto￾renewable subscription services.
By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the MangaPeak Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Tiers and Pricing

MangaPeak offers the following VIP membership plans to provide premium access to our curated content:

• Weekly VIP: $29.99 per week
• Monthly VIP: $39.99 per month
• Annual VIP: $99.99 per year

Pricing may vary by region based on local currency exchange rates and taxes as managed by Apple Inc.

2. Payment and Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
You acknowledge that the amount billed each period may vary if the plan changes or if applicable taxes change.

3. Automatic Renewal

Important:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or annually) unless you disable the auto-renew feature at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current period.
The renewal fee will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
If a payment fails, your VIP access may be suspended until a valid payment method is charged.

4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period expires.
At the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid VIP plan unless canceled 24 hours before the trial ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

5. Subscription Management and Cancellation

You have the right to manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time.
To cancel, please follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
• Tap your Name/Apple ID at the top.
• Tap Subscriptions.
• Select MangaPeak and choose Cancel Subscription.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Refunds

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable by the developer.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

7. Content Availability

VIP status grants access to premium content.
MangaPeak reserves the right to update, add, or remove titles from the library at any time without prior notice.
